Warranty

We provide warranty of two years on defects in materials and workmanship for original owners. Cosmetic damage, wear-and-tear and abuse are not covered.

To claim the warranty, please email us the details of the issues preferably with photos of the products and invoice of your purchase at info@add1d.com. We will then determine whether the issues are covered by our warranty and repairable.

Please note that customers are responsible for all incurred shipping cost and ADD1D will be responsible for the repairs.

ADD1D has the sole discretion and right of interpretation of the warranty policy.
