Shipping & Delivery

At ADD1D, we ship our premium backpacks, modular slings, and EDC accessories worldwide. We process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure your gear arrives safely and quickly. Review our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and order tracking details below to learn how we handle domestic and international shipments.


🚚 SHIPPING FEE 
  • We offer free international shipping for orders over US$50.
  • The shipping fee for orders at US$50 or below to different countries/regions vary. The amount to be charged will be showed at your shopping cart.

*Note: For orders under US$50, exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.*

⏱️ DELIVERY TIME

  • We process and deliver order from Monday to Friday (except public holiday).
  • Normally, we take around 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your orders to shipper.
  • Once the order is delivered, we will inform you the tracking number by email so you could trace the shipping status of your order.
  • Your orders will be shipped out from our fulfillment center in China and the delivery time to different countries/regions vary. Please note the information for reference.

💳 TAXES & DUTIES

  • Australia, Canada, European Union (EU), and United States:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We cover all import taxes, custom duties, and VAT for orders shipped to these regions. There will be no surprise fees upon delivery.

 

  • Rest of the World:

Orders shipped outside the above regions may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the buyer's responsibility upon arrival.


⚠️ REMARKS FOR SEVERAL REGIONS

  • For orders to Hong Kong and Macau, we use SF Express for delivery. It takes around 2-3 business for delivery. If you wish to pick up the orders at SF shops or locker, please enter the address and the code of the collection point in the shipping address.
  • For orders to Taiwan, please use your Chinese name for shipping info. Due to the import requirement of Taiwan, please type your Taiwanese ID no. at the end of your shipping address. You will need to use EZ Way for custom clearance.
  • For orders to Korea, please fill in your name and shipping address in Korean. Due to the import requirement of Korea, please fill in your custom code (PCCC) as well.
