Warranty

At ADD1D, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All original ADD1D products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.


1. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the original owner.

If a product suffers from a manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, we will:

  • Repair the item free of charge, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent product if the item is unrepairable or out of stock.


2. What Is NOT Covered

To ensure fairness, this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fabric discoloration over time)
  • Cosmetic damage or color fading
  • General breakdown over time and use
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper care


3. How to File a Warranty Claim

Filing a claim is quick and simple. Please email us at info@add1d.com with the following details:

  1. Email Subject: Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]
  2. Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Problem Description: A brief explanation of the defect.
  4. Visual Evidence: Clear photo(s) or a short video demonstrating the issue.

Our support team will review your claim and follow up.


4. Shipping & Handling

  • Return Shipping to ADD1D: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our office in Hong Kong.
  • Return Shipping to You: Once repaired or replaced, ADD1D will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.


5. Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty coverage applies only to original purchases made directly through the official ADD1D store or authorized retailers.
  • ADD1D reserves the final right to inspect, determine warranty eligibility, and modify terms without prior notice.
